The purpose of this journal is to motivate the reader, by giving them the opportunity to notate their very own successes (daily or otherwise), as “Molly” did in the book, “Molly’s Leadership Follies”-“Power from an Idea” -Book 1. The highest of achievements and successes can be accomplished simply by acknowledging that one’s personal power comes from within. Writing down ideas, thoughts, feelings, or whatever it is they see fit, will help guide them in their very own personal journey to success. Mostly, it will be taking the first step to a brighter future simply because, the very act of journaling has the ability to make those see more clearly what it is they were born to achieve. If any are willing to take the time, then magically they will notice a new “breed of leader” within themselves start to unfold.
